Types of Chemicals
Degreasing
Degreasing is the removal of grease and oil from a surface. It is widely used to remove oils and oil-borne soils from objects that have been stamped, machined, welded, die-cast, etc.

Degreasing is an essential part of the production process, particularly in industries fabricating or assembling metal parts, such as aircraft, appliances, automotive, electronics and railroad. Degreasing is also known as defatting or fat trimming.
Derusting
Derusting chemical removes rust & carbon from metal & cleans metal surface. Ensure that oxide scales & rust formation is removed. Derusting chemical used whenever parts contains heavy rust and light oil.
Derusting chemical is a Liquid Acid, Surfactant, and Corrosion Inhibitor based product primarily designed to simultaneously clean and remove rust from steel and iron parts.
Derusting chemical is the process of removing the rust using the process of Electrolysis and an Alkaline solution without the use of heat.
Activation
Chemical activation involves carbonization and activation in a single step in which the raw material, impregnated with certain chemical agents, is thermally decomposed.
This process is usually applied where the precursor is of wood. The reagents most commonly used in industry are zinc chloride, phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid.
Phosphating
Phosphating is a chemical method of surface treatment in which a metallic surface reacts with an aqueous phosphate solution.
This creates a hardly soluble conversion layer made of metal phosphates. For this purpose, the material is first cleaned with acid and then the phosphate layer is formed.
Passivation
The passivation process is a method of improving the corrosion resistance of stainless steel parts by removing ferrous contaminants like free iron from their surface, restoring them to their original corrosion specifications.
